Hi everyone, I'm Meg! A little about me:
I started working out due to an injury that left me unable to play sports my junior year of high school. The gym became my escape & ultimately it made me feel better about myself each time I went.
I have two bachelors degrees in Health Sciences and Human Nutrition; Dietetics from Ohio State.
Coaching is something I feel so blessed to do. When I was younger I honestly wasn't sure what direction life would take me, but I am so happy that it lead me to training because it really is such a rewarding job:) I love seeing others work on themselves & ultimately grow from their experiences.
Outside of work I love being outside. I have a dog named Ronni and one of my favorite things is taking her on mini hikes throughout the summer and fall.
